- CAVE build use WAND positiong intead of joystick/keyboard cursor positioning
- skipping cursor positoning (not necesary) for true CAVE mode
- corrected the joystick range emulation form <0,1> to <-1,1>
- simplyfied the lighting enable/diable setting (enabled only for atoms and peaks) ...
- slight simplification of several routines (Draw ....)
- added output for X,Y,Z axis rotation
- scale limite implemented and scale transfered to 0-1 range
