NSK
NSK is a graphically-oriented software for calculating phase
equilibrium phenomena of binary mixtures described by classical
equations of state. It supports the following style of work:
- Study how the Gibbs function
G(x) and its derivative dG(x)/dx changes with
temperature, pressure, and material parameters
- Locate phenomena of interest graphically
- Turn on automatic mode and let NSK calculate loci (points and
lines) of the phenomena
Examples of results:
The executables of NSK version 5.72 implement the van der Waals and
Redlich-Kwong equations of state and the most common mixing rules.
