Pedagogical activity:
Courses of Hygiene and Sanitation for MSc. degree (2008, 2009).
Laboratory of milk, fat and cosmetic microbiology (2010).
Supervising of specialized, BSc. and MSc. projects (2008, 2009, 2010).
Scientific activity:
Autolysis of lactic acid bacteria (LAB), especially L. helveticus autolysis, and its benefit in cheese making.
Antibacterial activity of LAB.
Detection of antimicrobial compounds produced by lactobacilli and their characterization.
Identification of LAB based on genetic methods (PCR, qPCR, PFGE, sequencing).
Education:
2001-2007 graduated from ICT, Prague, specialization in Dairy Chemistry and Technology.
2007-present PGS in Food Technology at Institute of Chemical technology (ICT), Prague.
Thesis subject: Autolytic system of Lactobacillus helveticus.
Employment experiences:
2008 present - Research Worker at the Department of Dairy and Fat Technology, ICT, Prague.
2008-2010 18 month stay in Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA), Rennes, France within postgraduate studies „under double supervision“.
11/2008 week stay in Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Istanbul, Turkey. Intensive course ATHENS - Molecular tools to study microbial ecology (Isolation DNA, PCR, Real-time PCR, cloning, FISH).
11/2007 week stay in Institut National du Génie Rural, des Eaux et des Forët (ENGREF), France. Intensive course ATHENS - Policy and programs for developing agriculture, nutrition and natural resource exploitation.
11/2006 week stay in Institut National Agronomique de Paris-Grignon (INAP-G), France. Intensive curse ATHENS - Food organoleptic quality.
