Assessment of Fetuin-A Concentration by a New Immunoturbidimetric Method

Development, validation and clinical testing of a routine immunoturbidimetric method of fetuin-A measurement are presented. First results of its clinical testing confirm the hypotheses on the use of serum fetuin A for the diagnostics of metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular atherogenic complications. Fetuin-A measurement in urine is used in recurrent form of urolithiasis.
